INTRODUCTION - Weightloss Course
Getting in shape is a vast subject. If you are
like me, you will probably have realised that the more
you read about diets, foods and different exercise plans,
the more complicated it seems to get. Furthermore,
we have all lived a completely different lifestyle and
therefore our bodies are in different conditions... so
what do you do????
You will find that although there are many different
ways to get results, there are fundamentally
only the same ways to get in shape and stay in shape HEALTHILY.
Over the years, I have followed more ridiculous,
dangerous, useless eating/exercise plans than I care
to name.
I thought that:-
- big quantities of food
meant extra weight;
- if I went to the gym
and moved the machines for an hour I would get in
better shape and be full of energy and strength;
- eating less calories would keep me
slim no matter how I got the calories;
- water
was just a big fuss about nothing, heck I'd managed
a flat stomach without drinking water before!;
- antioxidants and free radicals were... errr, well
actually I didn't think about them because nobody explained
what they really were and how they were going to get
me what I want;
- I would have to become a bodybuilder and spend 2
hours a day in the gym to look like Janet Jackson;
- nutrition meant having to spend time studying stuff
I didn't have time or interest in.

When Janet Jackson recently got herself
back in shape in 4 months, after gaining 4½ stone for
a movie, everyone was snapping up the magazine to find
out the secret of how she did it. The
secret is, that there is no secret. Janet's
plan was 80% nutrition and 20% exercise... and NOT because
she is a multi-millionnairess!
